In northern Ghana, smallholder farmers face extreme challenges caused by climate change, limited water access, and declining soil health. Without clean water, families fall sick. Without resilient farming tools, harvests fail.
About the ProjectEmpowering Ghanaian Farmers: Water Access and Sustainable Agriculture is a grassroots initiative designed to equip smallholder farmers in northern Ghana with clean water access and climate-resilient farming tools.
Through the installation of a community water well and the implementation of regenerative farming practices, this project will:
- Improve health by ending reliance on unsafe water
- Increase food security and household income
- Reduce the daily burden on women and children
- Create a sustainable, replicate model for rural development
This is not short-term aid—it’s long-term empowerment.
